All pieces are made to order and carefully handcrafted upon purchase. Please allow 3–6 business days for production prior to dispatch (Saturdays, Sundays and official Greek holidays are excluded from business days). Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (Greece)

We offer shipping throughout Greece via trusted courier services.

  • Shipping cost: €3.00 / Complimentary over €100.00
International Shipping

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping.

European Union

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch (may vary by destination)
  • Shipping cost: €20.00 / Complimentary over €200.00

Rest Of Europe

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch (may vary by destination)
  • Shipping cost: €30.00 / Complimentary over €250.00

USA & Rest of the World

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days after dispatch (may vary by destination)
  • Shipping cost: €45.00 / Complimentary over €350.00

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work with reliable shipping partners, we are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been dispatched. In the event of a lost shipment, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

Studio Pick-Up

If you wish to collect your order from our studio instead of receiving it via shipment, please email us at info@katerinakoukouvitaki.com to arrange a pick-up date and time.
