Made-to-Order Jewelry
Each piece is individually crafted upon order. As such, all made-to-order items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. If you have any inquiries about any piece before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@katerinakoukouvitaki.com.
Exceptions – Faulty or Damaged Items
In the rare event that your piece arrives with a defect or has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate. Photographic evidence may be required to process your request.
NOTE: damage resulting from misuse or improper care, including failure to adhere to the recommended jewelry care guidelines, shall not be considered a manufacturing defect. We advise carefully reviewing and adhering to all provided jewelry care guidelines to preserve the integrity of your piece.
Cancellations
We accept cancellation requests within 48 hours of purchase. Beyond this period, your piece enters production, and cancellations can no longer be accommodated.
Exchanges & Resizing
We may offer resizing or exchanges on a case-by-case basis, depending on the design. Additional fees and shipping costs may apply. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you are unsure about sizing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Should a return be authorized due to a verified defect, return shipping will be covered accordingly.
